Morale is low. Quiet dinner with two brave classmates spent in contemplation.
Poor ventilation in our place of study, alternating smells of smoke and sewage here in the neurology dept basement.
Notes and books scattered across the large conference table. Criteriæ, symptoms and dosages scribbled on the whiteboard.
A short walk through the hospital park fails to raise our spirits.
Tomorrow, we rise at dawn. Tomorrow- we do battle!
